■Overall Position Details
As a Senior Business Analyst, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Analyze and clarify requirements from business units, and identify the functions and business process improvements required for the BSS system.
- Carry out documentation in the form of requirements definition document creation.
- Convey requirements to development and testing teams, and subsequently work to review design and test scenarios.
- Manage the backlog and work with the business unit and development team to define the development scope by prioritizing the requirements; work to create a future release roadmap.
- Review development deliverables in SprintDemo to ensure that the system meets requirements.

■Additional Information
In terms of language use, much of the documentation produced by the business unit is in Japanese; BA outputs are in English. Conversations between business units and BAs are in Japanese and English, while conversations with the development side are mainly in English.
Approximately 25 employees currently work as business analysts, with a large proportion of junior-class team members. 

Mandatory Qualifications
- Excellent requirements definition and analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills; able to communicate smoothly with both development teams and customers
- Good project management skills, particularly with scheduling and co-ordination
- Ability to review test scenarios
- Team management skills (5+ people)

Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a BA (7 years+) in customer management systems, billing systems, and application management systems
- Experience in managing a team of 5 - 10 people (5+ years)
- BA/PJM experience in large-scale development
- Experience as PM, PMO or PDM
- Experience in logical design of NoSQL DB
- Experience working as the PIC for functions that integrate with other external systems

■Why We Hire
The RBSS Product Management Division is responsible for managing the business backlog and defining requirements for our internally developed BSS (Business Support System). The main target services are B2B MNO mobile services and B2B/B2C ISP services. The corporate mobile service in particular has seen rapid growth in just over the year since its launch, and there are still many backlogs that need to be implemented. By communicating with the corporate business division in Japan, as the development and operation team in India/Japan, we transform business needs into concrete system requirements.
