■Department Overview
We, at Enterprise Cloud Foundation Department (EFD), are developing Cloud platform and commercialization of our company Rakuten’s technology asset.
Product scope includes “marketing automation”, “membership management”, “Rakuten Point (loyalty program)” and “Big data systems” and 100+ others, which support 70+ Rakuten services as the foundation of Rakuten's ecosystem enabler.


■Position Details
As a senior product manager, you will be responsible to drive product strategy, define productrequirement and communicate with both business team and engineering team.
- Define enterprise platform strategy across Rakuten for its Tech asset commercialization as a platform.
- Develop product roadmap, operating plan and influence stakeholders such as CEO, business team, product development team and service owners team towards the direction.
- Conduct market research and user survey to create product plan.
- Design product feature and product management of product development. 

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Demonstrable 7+ years product management experience
- Experience launching highly complex new products from conception to go-to-market
- Experience developing Cloud based software.
- Great stakeholders management at all levels.
- Spoken and written English fluency
- Business level Japanese

Desired Qualifications:
- Product management experience for SaaS or Cloud product.
- Programing experience
- Data base knowledge
- Computer science or related degree.
