The agency was founded on the core premise of “media ideas, artfully told” and was born out of a desire for a confidential, bespoke advertising network focused solely on creating iconic work for our only client.

Today, our relationship with Apple is approaching 40 years old and Media Arts Lab now has six hub offices around the world managing advertising in 20+ markets.

TBWAMedia Arts Lab Tokyo is looking for a junior art director that has the passion to work for the best brand in the world.
He or she should have the ambition to do world class work that creates culture. And looking forward to join a diverse and international team. 

■In more detail:
The candidate should to be native Japanese speaker with strong conceptual and design skills. They should be at entry level with approximately 2 or 3 years years of experience working in advertising and or design. Their portfolio should demonstrate a unique point of view on all things visual and great potential to develop exceptional work.
They don’t need to be fluent in English. It’s a plus not a must.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast pace scenario, be flexible and always open minded to new challenges.
