【Role description】
To realize social implementation of blockchain, we are doing development of proprietary blockchain as well as development of applications which use this blockchain.

The QA team oversees executing and managing the entire QA process from test design to implementation to quality reporting for the services provided by bitFlyer Blockchain.
Apart from the company’s proprietary blockchain, there are other applications as well which use the proprietary blockchain. The QA engineer will be responsible for end-to-end testing of all the applications. The expectation from the candidate is to be a quick learner and to be able to apply themselves to various projects and eventually contribute independently.

【In particular】
・ Quality control and test requirements definition
・ Create test cases and test schedules
・ Build an automated test environment and create relevant test code.
・ Run tests and create detailed reports etc.

【 How to proceed 】
Self-starter members able to work as part of a team are working while cooperating with each other in a team of members of various nationalities. The style of development is agile development using Scrum. Communication between members is in English.

Development environment / technology stack
Language： Groovy, C#, Java etc.
Virtualization infrastructure ：Docker or similar
Tools: JMeter etc.
Source Control: git 

【必須スキル・経験】
・Skilled professional with good level understanding of software testing lifecycle.
・Experience in a series of QA activities from test requirement definition, schedule creation, test design, execution, test case management, defect management to test result reporting more than three years in total.
・Experience in building an automated test environment.
・ Experience in developing test code. Experience of Groovy or Java or similar programming language for test automation and can work on any language to design and automate test cases.
・ Experience in UI testing.
・ Experience in Api testing.
・ Fluent in English. (Japanese ability is not required).

【歓迎スキル・経験】
・ Knowledge of blockchain.
・ Knowledge of networking, security, and cryptography.
・ Experience in performance testing (Load, Stress, etc. using tools like Load Runner, JMeter or similar), able to design workload model and analyze performance results.
・DevOps knowledge and experience
・Agile development experience.
・Experience in CI/CD and tools like docker, Jenkins.
・Mobile application testing
・Be able to work as an individual contributor
