TBWAMedia Arts Lab is the global network dedicated to Apple advertising.

The agency was founded on the core premise of “media ideas, artfully told” and was born out of a desire for a confidential, bespoke advertising network focused solely on creating iconic work for our only client.

Today, our relationship with Apple is approaching 40 years old and Media Arts Lab now has six hub offices around the world managing advertising in 20+ markets.

■Overall:
We are looking for a senior art director that has the passion to work for the best brand in the world.He or she should have the ambition to do world class work that creates culture. And looking forward to join a diverse and international team. 

The candidate should to be native Japanese speaker with exceptional conceptual and design skills in all media.

They should be at senior level with approximately 10 years of experience working in advertising. And should be able to independently drive projects from concept to final execution.

They don’t need to be fluent in English. It’s a plus not a must.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast pace scenario, be flexible and always open minded to new challenges.

The work will be divided between localizations of global projects in all media and origination projects like these ones

■English skill.
Candidates are required to understand, read, write and chat at least on a basic level.
Senior creatives are often required to have chats in English either with LA or client. (Not to mention several of our internal meetings are also in English)
It doesn’t need to be perfect but it needs to be the necessary to allow them to perform well.
