◆About this position
This role will be responsible for optimizing current digital channels such as web, email or etc. The marketing ecosystem consist of Website (AEM), Email marketing (Pardot), Webinar (Zoom), Video marketing (YouTube, Wistia), CRM (Salesforce) and analytics system (Google analytics). It will enable approximately 30 Marketers to deploy and track various types of digital content. Aside from implementation and operation of the platform itself, the role’s responsibilities will also include establishing rules, best practices, and processes to ensure that the platform is utilized in an effective and coherent manner.
This role will be expected to act as an “agent of change”, promoting, activating, onboarding & supporting Marketers to derive the maximum possible value from the platform. Strong stakeholder management & communication skills will be a prerequisite for doing this well.

This role will focus on the high-level design and framework around our various Digital Marketing systems & activities, while market research, segmentation, targeting, content creation, etc. will be the responsibility of Marketers. For example, in the case of our micro website, this role would be responsible for the high-level design, structure and functionality of the site, but the writing and imagery of individual content pieces on the portal would be out of scope.
This is not a technical role. Technical system implementation and management will be the responsibility of vendors and/or the IT department. However, a high level of understanding and interest in the technical side is a must. Experience coding and/or working with databases is a plus. …もっと見る

?Proactive, self-starter who is eager to take on responsibility & ownership
?Knowledgeable about best practices, trends, and opportunities in Digital Marketing including:
・Lead UX/UI of Web
・Web Analytics
・Mail Marketing
・Work experience with agent but hands-on work is needed
?Collaboration with business unit marketing representative

◆Work experience
?Digital Marketing ecosystem optimization, management and/or operation (web content management systems such AEM, email marketing automation systems, etc.)
?Build a strategy for specific area of digital channels
