We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
Client Operations professionals are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. They design, manage and implement the activities associated with key business functions. The Service Delivery/Operations capability focuses on the attributes or skills essential to providing the necessary services and solutions to the client, the client's employees or the client's customers in fulfilment of contractual obligations agreed upon by both parties. The Application Outsourcing specialty incorporates skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.
Project Based individuals provide specialized outsourcing business development and service delivery expertise to support the mobilization efforts associated with Accenture's outsourcing services to one or multiple clients. People in this workgroup may work on short- to medium-term assignments for up to 18 months and are assigned depending on their capabilities, specialization and their availability to meet the project's timeline requirements.

・Business Level of Japanese is required. (JLPT Level 1 is preferred)
・More than 3 years experience in Infrastructure system operation or implement (NW, MW, server, Security, cloud).
・English skill (TOEIC 600 scores above)
・Experience in team management and Project management.
・Experience in PMO, service management and serviceNow.
