Peak8 GK is searching for a Head of Sales to build and operate the direct sales channels for the newly established and
innovative retail electricity supplier. The position will work in tandem with the company’s Managing Director and Head of
Marketing to deploy Peak8’s differentiated brand strategy across multi-channel campaigns.
The right candidate has sales leadership experience in the retail energy industry. They are proficient at managing
telemarketing, door-to-door, and affiliate partnership campaigns. They have experience establishing channel partnerships
in the industry, and they know how to properly align incentives between parties. They are proficient at designing effective
sales strategies and developing sales talent. The successful candidate is someone that is fueled by a desire to achieve
● Sales Channel Strategy: Define acquisition strategy for consumer and small business segments.
● Channel Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate agreements with sales partners; Continuously build a
pipeline of new partnership opportunities; Manage relationships.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on integrated campaigns, promotions,
sales collateral, and other initiatives.
● Sales Operations: Build processes and supporting capabilities for channel management.
● Sales Knowledge Base: Develop sales assets and training to support sales representatives (e.g. sales training,
scripts, product reference guides, etc.)
● Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
