Key objectives of the role:
Want somebody to support us with:
Create seasonal campaign strategy and activation plan
Create contents developing plan to enrich digital contents and develop contents by orchestrating with creative team, communication planning and in-store team.
Plan and supervise the website updated contents and create product catalog for website
Participate in sprint planning calls and provide feedback in the demo sessions to develop and improve our website.
Main areas of responsibility
Digital campaign creation
Understand marketing strategy, our consumer target and product (line) benefit
Brief to an agency to make digital strategy and to create supplemental assets
Plan activation plan and reflect communication guideline for regions to activate
Omni channel activation part in Communication Guideline
Digital assets based on the communication strategy such as banners, eDM and landing pages if necessary.
Digital supplemental assets
Website page development
Oversees all product-related content for Product and Promotional items and has day-to-day content decisions to ensure product content aligns with overall strategy.
Download and collect necessary information from B-NASS, Davinci, marketing team input and product manual etc.
Make all information into one form for website product catalog
-Creative team : to create product pack shot, ingredient, texture and other necessary shots commonly used for PR, in-store and marketing team.
-Copy Writer : to develop product and other necessary copies
Pharmaceutical check to approve
Make a list of shooting products based on the product catalog from B-NASS
Confirm to the marketing team the PP (pouch pack sample) and its schedule to make clear and schedule priority of shooting schedule
Make a list of ingredient list based on product manual and ask marketing team if necessary.
Collaborate with 101 to create schedule and to decide creative input on each shot.
Based on the marketing calendar, make prioritization for website contents of all pages.
Create monthly update plan of contents priority in every seasonal update
Confirm whether appropriate contents are updated to sandbox and whether there is no typo.
In monthly update, ask GICT to secure Wiredbeans resources for replication. …もっと見る
Can-do attitude with good communication skills to align with Regions
Digital marketing experience (e.g. Seasonal campaign creation, asset development, execution planning)
Webmaster experience around creating product shots, developing seasonal new product information and developing the pages to distribute to all regions
