職務内容 Total Beauty Strategy for SHISEIDO Professional brand require expansion into two categories: Men and Skincare
Therefore an experienced senior, strategic, conceptual, talent needed to steer the new category development and roll-out across Asia to use Shiseido assets to accelerate growth of Professional business in salons.

Develop innovative NPDs with customer-oriented marketing & service mix to expand Shiseido’s Professional salon business (men's and skincare total products and services for salon business) in Japan and Asian markets.

Roles & Responsibilities
?Develop and maintain full understanding of different customer needs (hair stylists, esthetician, salons, end consumers) in Japan and Asia and take the lead to develop new professional skincare products and services to meet relevant customers needs.
?Closely collaborate with internal and external partners from R&D, Beauty creation department, internal/external design / communication agencies, salon partners and stylists for effective project management.
?Efficient, productive NPD management from consumer insight research to formula briefing and 360? product & salon service marketing mix development supported with regular customer hearing and profitability calculations.
?Communicate with countries across Asia and Japan for product information sharing and steering for a successful marketing implementation in the countries.
?Keep up to date with latest consumer / stylist / esthetician / salon trends and insights as well as competitive landscape to ensure long-term competiveness of responsible brand.
必須業務経験 Basic Requirements
?Minmun 5 years marketing / NPD experience in skincare cosmetic industry.
?Track record in strategic brand marketing incl. development of new products/brand, creative concept and on/offline marketing / communication strategy.
?Excellent project / timing management skills.
?Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in Japanese/English written/verbal, business level.
?Experience / understandng of Asia market, international working experience is advantage.
?Open-minded, out-of the box thinking, hands-on mentality, with positive motivation.
?Good balance of analytical and creative skills.
