As a Product Manager for PointClub, you will have the responsibility to implement the strategy for RakutenPoint Web and other front products. You will define business and system requirements with business clients, and develop a product roadmap to communicate the plan with stakeholders. You will join daily huddles and work closely with engineers to solve issues, support and handle development tasks, and resolve questions from clients in order to drive delivery.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Develop a deep understanding of our platform vision, mission, and business model.
- Build a strong relationship with businesses to capture requirements, identify improvement points, and lead change delivery.
- Build a strong relationship with team members including tech leaders and architects, developers, QA, and operation engineers.
- Be the domain expert in point platform and eco-system loyalty programs and be able to recommend improvement solutions.
- Own the product development process from road map management through to feature creation.
- Execute and lead of plans with a clear acceptance criteria.
- Act as a role model to other team members when it comes to ownership, proactivity, and taking responsibility.
- Be on-call for production support and handle troubleshooting where necessary. 

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field
- Experience in web system development (3 years +)
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience in KPI-driven service development
- Experience writing requirement specifications and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of the technical architecture of web applications

Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree (MS or PhD)
- Experience working with clients and business stakeholders to define project scope
- Programming experience
- Project management experience
- Experience with release management
- Experience working on multiple products/projects in parallel
- Experience in B2C product development and management
- Knowledge of loyalty/points services
- Experience working with cross-cultural, global teams based across different locations
