職務内容 | ■Position Details The main responsibility of this position is to analysis product master and its related data, to making proposal for data solution / system, and creating overall product strategy. The basic of product master is data creation including product name, image, attributes accurately. It is our mission to support all the clients who need product master in their services and create platform for data provision. At the same time, to utilize massive data from Rakuten Ichiba and create data and system with high quality, the ability of identifying and solving issues, devising strategy and making the product with flexibility are requested. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying issues/Planning strategy regarding product - Managing and visualizing of KPIs related to product - Arrangement of human resource / offshore management - Identifying issues/Analyzing for data utilization - Planning and project management for product data quality improvement and product data utilization |
応募要件 | Mandatory Qualifications: - Strategy planning / requirement definition in IT services - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and requirement definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - KPI management for business / customer / operation procedures - Project management involving with multiple teams - Strategic approach to align client needs with team goals - Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to clearly communicate business needs - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Ability to work with ambiguity and fast-paced environments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English Desired Qualifications: - Experience of data management principles and technologies such as data modeling, data analysis and statistics to tell a narrative and/or generate data-driven insights - Ability to translate business needs into actionable plan and data requirements - Data analysis of E-commerce, internet service and advertising business - Knowledge of statistics - Experience of improving operations by implementing AI/ML solutions - Strong analytical skills, with experience using programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R) and tools or solutions |
