・ Review trading KPIs and web analytics, highlighting opportunities and reacting accordingly.
・ Make commercial recommendations for homepages, online merchandising and marketing activity.
・ Work with the Retail team, sharing insights and aligning strategies for a cohesive omnichannel message.
・ Propose actions to optimise conversion, consumer experience and deliver sales.
・ Closely monitor sell-thru rates and work with the Merchandising team to ensure the needed stock levels are maintained via regular replenishment.
・ Monitor competitor trends and activity, making recommendations to drive sales.
・ Monitor warehouse operations and SLAs, liaising with the warehouse to facilitate smooth and efficient throughput.
・Localising the global email newsletter calendar to support new season launches, specific products, key marketing initiatives, events and specific holidays.
・ Responsible for providing email briefs to the Global eCommerce Team including suggested look & feel, links, testing and sign-off.
・ Ensure the translations provided by the agency and eCommerce Assistant are well written and on-brand with a consistent tone of voice.
・ Localise PPC campaigns, Search Engine Optimisation, the Japanese affiliate programme and other key traffic-driving marketing channels.
・ Make commercial recommendations for site refresh and updates, and work closely with the Global eCommerce team on implementation and testing.
・ Conduct weekly site walks, ensuring optimum levels of functionality and ensuring information and content is accurate, commercial and relevant to the market.
・ Maintain and continuously improve on-site search and product recommendations.
・ Plan stock levels in conjunction with sales plans and promotions calendar.
・ Work with the Merchandising team to identify areas of opportunity to grow the business and contribute to decisions on the product range.
・ Feed into the seasonal calendar and strategy.
・ Use reporting tool such as SAP and Google Analytics to produce ad hoc, daily, weekly and monthly trading reports to aid decision making. Highlight lessons learnt and opportunities to be fed into the planning process.
・ Manage and assist customers services (online support)
・ Manage the day-to-day relationship with the distribution centre to ensure processes run smoothly and services remain within contracted SLAs.
・ Train the warehouse teams on new season collections, product care/repairs, processes, policies and systems.
・ Develop and maintain expert knowledge of products and policies available.
・ Ensure the warehouse manages quality control services in a timely manner to meet seasonal launch deadlines in line with predefined guidelines.
・ Manage packaging supplies and reorders.
・ University degree.
・ Good command of written and spoken English.
・ Over 5 years’ e-commerce experience working within a retail / fashion background.
・ Experience with web analytics programmes (Google Analytics) and web platforms.
・ Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word.
